Medication Reminders
Forgotten or doubled-up medications are one of the most common reasons seniors end up in the hospital. A caregiver in the home, on the right schedule, prevents most of it.

What this care looks like at home
Florida non-medical agencies cannot administer medications, but our caregivers can — and routinely do — provide reminders, hand the bottle over, log the dose in the family communication app, and let the family know if something was refused or skipped.
We also help track refills, coordinate with the pharmacy, and reorganize pill boxes alongside the client.
- Timely reminders on the prescribed schedule
- Refill coordination with the pharmacy
- Daily logging visible to the family
- Doctor appointment reminders
- Coordination with home health nurses when present
