What this care looks like at home
Our hospice-support caregivers work alongside your hospice nurse and social worker. We handle the personal-care, comfort, repositioning, and companionship — sitting with your loved one through the night, helping with bathing and dressing, keeping the house quiet and calm, and giving the family space to rest and be together.
We follow the hospice plan of care, communicate with the hospice team, and stay as long as the family needs us.
